Our Staff

Cindy joined Hemlock Bluffs in January of 2004. She is from Salisbury, North Carolina and worked at a vet hospital in Salisbury for 7 ½ years before moving to Cary, so she came with lots of experience! Cindy lives with her poodle mix, Olive and her cat Pickle. She enjoys reading, painting, gardening and loves vacationing at Hilton Head.

Laura is our lead receptionist and joined our team in August 2006. Laura was born in Edenton, North Carolina and grew up in Raleigh. Laura enjoys taking Lucy, her 3 year old lab mix to the park and also enjoys reading in her spare time.

Javier joined our team in August 2007. He grew up and was raised in Tegucigalpa Honduras. He then traveled to New York where his passion began with working in a veterinarian office. Javier is currently going to college at Wake Tech. In his spare time Javier enjoys going to the gym and watching car review videos!

Kim has been a member of our team at Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital since November 2009. She handles reception, as well as tech and general assistance. Kim moved to the Cary - Holly Springs area from New York State in 1998 and lives with her husband, 3 kids, 2 dogs, 4 cats and 4 chickens. She has been working with animals for nearly three decades and counting. Kim also fosters cats and dogs for Best Friend Pet Adoption. In Kim's spare time she enjoys going to the beach with her family and reading her Kindle.

Chris has been a part of the Hemlock Bluffs family since April 2010. He has two dogs, a Pit Bull named Dobbie and a Rottweiler mix named Buddy; plus three cats, named Minus, Link and Calie. Chris is a Florida native whose spare time interests include riding motorcycles, racing go-karts and spending time with his family.

Danielle, our Practice Manager, was born in Bremerton, Washington and grew up in Maine. She joined our team in April 2004. She has been here in North Carolina for about 10 years where she lives with her husband and two kids, Olivia, 5 yrs and Brent, 2 years. She also has two dogs, Sampson, a 6 year old great dane, Sally, 11 year old Doberman mix and her 2 ducks Frankie and Scooby. In Danielle's spare time she enjoys riding horses and going to the beach with her family.
