"I highly recommend Hemlock Bluffs! I chose to try them after reading their online google reviews. I figured it was time to make my own review after using them for 3 years for my 2 cats and 2 dogs! The vets and staff are all very friendly, kind, helpful, and understanding. They truly care about their fur patients! I am super thankful for them, especially when I have a suddenly sick pet. They always try their best to work in one of my sick pets same day via a sick appointment or day drop off. I often call or email questions and they are always responsive in a timely manner. I also love that they provide an estimate for your visit, BEFORE they work on your animal. They are very helpful in suggesting what route would be best to take for your pet and their current needs. They also submit any available flea/tick and heartworm rebates for you when you purchase those products through them. I've never had a vet do that for me!"
